I took classes and workshops at Dahn Yoga for a year and my health and overall sense of well being improved. It cost about $100 a month and was well-worth it to me.

Now I work far away from the studio and really miss it. I swim at the YMCA instead, but if my schedule changes I’ll go back to the Dahn center.

I will continue loving members and loving this practice. Their is no better way to live one’s life. Too bad for those who deceive themselves.

I cannot believe Liza Miller telling such outrageous lies on national T.V. I worked with her very closely, and this was not the story she told before she had a lawyer working on contigency for her case. Truly, it is unbelievable. I remember the time she did 3000 bows. I believe the instructor who was supporting her at the time and who was in the center with her was Lucie Vogel, the organizer of the lawsuit. So, if she felt coerced to do it at any time, as she claims, it was at the hands of Lucie Vogel. I have done 3000 bows 2x. It is hard. I was greatly encouraged, helped, and healed by my fellow instructors who were participating and supporting us. I was also at the 3000 bow training that Michela described in the video, when Liza came and brought us fruit afterwards. It was a beautiful experience, one shared by all who were there (including Liza’ mother, I believe).

I just did a 1,000 bows this morning in a little over 2 hours.

Why I am doing it?
First, my lower body start from the waist down are cold and hot easily. I know this is a healing sign. I want to rejuvenate my body energy, so I decided doing bowing will speed up the healing process. I felt really release afterward.

Second, I want to challenge my physical body with my mind. I felt great and confident when I accomplished the task. My mind is more clear to make decision faster and more accurate.

Aren’t Iron Marathon athletic person get the same idea? Does any training program got sued as a torture?

Bowing is a training for our own discipline on the harmony of mind and physical body. And the training is based on individual physical condition.
It is my choice. No one can force me to do anything if I don’t want to do it.

You can try to do 3000 bows if your mind is against your body. It just doesn’t work!

Well done! I am happy to see the correct information being made available to the public. I am a Dahn Yoga Instructor and have done 3,000 bows on multiple occations. I bowed with Michela the time she shared about on the video, when Liza and her boyfriend Ari came and brought us fruit and congratulated us when we finished. Liza’s account of bowing on CNN was so outrageous to me it was actually kind of comical. Hearing her tell such a ridiclous misrepresentation of the truth makes it awfully hard to take anythiung the plaintiffs are claiming seriously.

I think in the past 8 years, the hundreds of classes I have taken and taught at Dahn Yoga and countless trainings at Tao Fellowship combined, I can count on one hand the number of times I was even at an event which had ‘hundreds of people’ in attendance. And typically that was a lecture forum.

This idea of ‘Dr.’ Gupta that Brain Wave Vibration is ‘shoddy science’ is evidence of a complete lack of testing empirical data, testing or even reading the book. I wonder how he got his PHD?

I don’t know what your intention was with this story, CNN. But one thing is for sure, no matter how much you or anyone else tries to distort our image and actions, I will never stop offering my sincerity to the people who trust me as their Dahn Yoga Instructor.

I would like to see Campbell Brown’s bosses screaming at her when CNN gets sued by Dahn Yoga. I wonder if the plaintiffs offered her money to air such shoddy reporting.
